Depending on the spider, spider bites can range from mildly painful to more serious symptoms, including death in some types of victims. The Brown Recluse can cause necrosis of the tissue surrounding the site of the bite, and the black widow can cause swelling and sickness, among other things. Seek medical attention immediately!
